The Package: 25 days Annual Leave + Public Holidays Company Pension Scheme Laptop, Company Vehicle, Fuel Card Exceptional Commission Scheme (Up to 2x your Salary) Comprehensive Training & Development within the FMCG & Brewing Industry down to systems and process level Expenses & Accommodation Paid + Subsidiaries for overnight stays Opportunity to work with some of the biggest brands within the Brewing Trade Variable Workload with Nationwide (UK) & International (Europe/France) opportunities The Duties: Visit an array of breweries, carrying out installations, service, and maintenance of on-site equipment across the UK & Europe Liaise with clients, communicating in a professional manner & offering a high level of service Provide technical sales support and advice to clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients to ensure they are fully informed about the equipment and its capabilities Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met and projects are delivered on time Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company's products and services The Requirements: Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field Minimum 3 years experience in B2B sales, preferably within the Brewing, FMCG, or Food Processing Industry Understanding of manufacturing and brewing processes Strong technical knowledge of brewing equipment and systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically Willingness to travel nationally and internationally Full UK Driver's License Interaction Recruitment has specialist consultants across the majority of industries within the UK, including but not limited to, Finance & IT, Technical & Engineering, Industrial, Commercial, and Hospitality.
