Managing and nurturing key client accounts, helping them implement real-time monitoring solutions that prevent project delays and safeguard regulatory compliance. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to support contractors and environmental specialists in meeting strict emissions standards and sustainability goals. Collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, including MCERTS-certified systems for monitoring PM10, PM2.5, NO2, and other critical pollutants on construction sites. Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our advanced solutions for air quality monitoring on construction projects. Qualifications To excel in this role, you should possess: Proven experience in sales and business development, ideally within a technical, construction, or environmental sector. A strong understanding of high-precision air quality monitoring technologies, including MCERTS-certified solutions for pollutants like PM10, PM2.5, PM1, NO2, NO, CO, O3, and SO2. Familiarity with the unique regulatory and operational challenges faced by construction sites, including compliance, emissions tracking, and mitigation strategies. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain long-term client relationships. A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets. The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment. A commitment to our mission of addressing real-world emissions challenges to create sustainable solutions for the construction industry and beyond. Your daily activities will include: Engaging with clients in the construction and environmental sectors to understand their specific air quality monitoring requirements. Developing and executing targeted sales strategies to help clients integrate real-time monitoring solutions that can reduce emissions, save costs, and ensure compliance standards are met. Monitoring trends in construction site emissions regulations (local and global) and identifying opportunities for sustainable business growth. Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless project delivery, including customized installations for construction projects.
