Spec Sales Manager
Field based covering Dublin, Cork etc.
£65,000–£75,000 + benefits

What you’ll do
Lead specification-driven sales by presenting CPD seminars to mechanical consultants, positioning your products as the go-to solution in complex HVAC and data centre projects.
Build strong relationships with consultants and contractors, influencing project decisions early and ensuring your products are specified from the outset.
Identify and capitalise on new market opportunities, using your technical knowledge to guide clients through product selection and system design.
What you’ll need
  * Technical expertise in HVAC or mechanical systems, giving you the foundation to understand and explain complex product solutions.
  * Proven experience in project-based sales, so you know how to influence specifications and build long-term client partnerships.
  * Strong communication skills, as you’ll be presenting technical training and engaging with industry professionals.
