They deliver specialist air hygiene, fire safety, and mechanical compliance solutions to a wide range of sectors, including healthcare, education, commercial property, defence, and manufacturing. Their expertise spans ventilation cleaning, fire damper testing and remediation, LEV testing, AHU servicing, indoor air quality assessments, and other essential services that help clients meet health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven professional with a consultative approach to sales. In this role, you'll focus primarily on new business development, supported by account management to help grow and retain existing client relationships.
You’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle — from identifying opportunities and presenting service solutions, to ensuring continued customer satisfaction and spotting upsell potential within established accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively generate new business opportunities by selling integrated compliance service packages.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
* Develop bespoke proposals aligned with client requirements, sector regulations, and commercial goals.
* Manage the entire sales process from initial enquiry through to contract negotiation and close.
* Conduct regular account reviews and identify opportunities for service expansion or renewals.
* Liaise with operational teams to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Stay current with industry regulations such as TR19, HTM 03-01, BS9999, and advise clients accordingly.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within facilities management, compliance, or technical services.
* Comfortable in both new business and account management environments.
* Strong consultative sales and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
* Familiarity with managing service-based contracts and recurring revenue models.
* Proficient in CRM tools and confident managing a dynamic sales pipeline.
* Full Clean UK Driving Licence and flexibility to travel nationwide.
