As the Technical Sales Manager, youll be tasked with promoting the full product portfolio to existing and potential clients across various industries in the UK. Additionally, you will identify new business opportunities and develop strong relationships with clients, collaborate with the sales and technical teams to develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets, promote and sell the product portfolio in overseas countries (Direct selling as well as through dealers/distributors. Dealers/distributors to be developed in identified countries) and manage the business accounts from concept designs to delivery of the project.
What we would like from the Technical Sales Manager:
A qualification in Science and/or Engineering is preferred
Proven experience in technical sales or customer service within a related industry (Engineering or Laboratory equipment)
Strong Technical aptitude
Results driven mindset with a proactive approach to sales and customer service
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel for customer visits and service calls
What we offer the Technical Sales Manager:
£45,000 £3,000 towards car allowance
39-hour week (8.30 till 5 Monday to Thursday and 8.30 till 4 on Friday) and half hour unpaid lunch
Hybrid would be available if the candidate lives further than 30 miles from the office
Ability to propose a commission structure in the next Financial Year
Standard company pension
