Job Description
Job Purpose
We are looking for a new Technical Supervisor to provide support to the multiple stages of the sales and after sales process.The role is mainly office based but will require the successful individual to travel on occasion to Germany to our parent Company.
Key Accountabilities
1.Manage a team of Engineers and support staff, giving technical advice and quoting for special solutions
2.Monitor new and existing service orders
3.Organise workflow by assigning responsibilities
4.Setting daily / weekly / monthly objectives and communicating them to employees
5.Continually review processes and production orders to ensure delivery times are achieved
6.Provide technical training to internal and external staff
Job Skills, Experience and Qualifications
Specifications
Good knowledge of precision cutting tool application in drilling, milling, tapping and PCD/CBN applications is essential
Proven experience as a supervisor
Skilled in MS Office & SAP
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding organisational and leadership skillsBefore You Apply
