As Technical Sales Support, your responsibilities will include:
Handling incoming customer calls and identifying sales opportunities
Supporting daily admin tasks using Sage when the Sales Administrator is unavailable
Diagnosing technical issues across hydraulic, electronic, and hardware systems
Backing up configuration data and maintaining accurate records
Delivering onsite training sessions when required
Building strong relationships and passing qualified leads to dealers
As Technical Sales Support, your experience will include:
Confident communication and a proactive approach to customer service
A technical background in hydraulics, electronics, or hardware engineering
Experience using Sage or similar admin systems
A willingness to get stuck in and support across departments
