Description
Oversee all technical aspects of facilities management across a portfolio of properties in London.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
Manage relationships with contractors and service providers to ensure optimal performance.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and strategies to maximise asset performance.
Monitor and control budgets related to technical services and maintenance.
Provide technical expertise in the resolution of facilities-related issues.
Collaborate with internal teams to support operational objectives.
Produce regular reports on technical performance and compliance.Profile
A successful Technical Services Lead should have:
Strong experience within facilities management, specifically in the property industry.
A solid understanding of technical systems and building maintenance.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver cost-effective solutions.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
