Salary: €70,000 – €72,000
Team Size: 8 Technicians
Location: Kinsale, Ireland
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Lead to join our team at a critical site in Kinsale. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to take ownership of the operation and maintenance services across a high-profile facility.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of 8 technicians, ensuring smooth daily operations.
* Oversee all maintenance services, including mechanical, HVAC, and technical systems.
* Drive compliance with energy policies and sustainability initiatives.
* Always ensure the safe and efficient operation of building systems.
* Deliver on commercial objectives while maintaining service excellence.
About You:
* Strong Mechanical Engineering background (degree or equivalent).
* Proven experience in a Technical Services Manager / HVAC / Technical Service Lead role.
* Hands-on leadership skills with experience managing technical teams.
* Solid understanding of maintenance, commercial, and energy management in a critical environment.
* Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
* Willing to be hands on if required
