About the Role
A fantastic opportunity for a highly technical Technical Services Manager to join a leading property management team overseeing a prestigious multi-site corporate and commercial portfolio across London and the South East (approx. 20 sites).
You’ll provide expert engineering and M&E leadership, ensuring technical excellence, full statutory compliance, and strategic maintenance planning across a range of high-end assets. This role offers strong exposure, progression, and development within a dynamic, client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct engineering site audits, technical surveys, and lifecycle/PPM reports. • Deliver comprehensive M&E management – HVAC, life safety, and plant systems. • Review and manage engineering and business risk, ensuring full compliance. • Project manage technical upgrades, refurbishments, and lifecycle works. • Monitor and improve contractor and supplier performance against KPIs/SLAs. • Prepare and manage budgets and forecasts within agreed targets. • Provide technical support and advice to wider asset and FM teams nationally. • Liaise with clients, consultants, and statutory bodies to ensure operational excellence. • Identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities while maintaining service quality. • Contribute to business development and value-for-money strategies.
About You
• HND/HNC or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering. • Strong knowledge of M&E systems, HVAC, controls, and compliance legislation. • Skilled in auditing assets, producing technical reports, and managing contractors. • Excellent stakeholder management and commercial awareness. • Full UK driving licence required (site travel with expenses paid). • Energetic, ambitious, and keen to progress within a high-performing technical FM team.
