We’re proud to be working in partnership with Monster Energy, the global leader in energy drinks, to recruit a talented and driven Technical Services Specialist to join their EMEA Operations team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and analytical professional to join a fast-paced, global business and play a key role in supporting technical processes, supplier management and production readiness.
The Role
Managing, logging and tracking print and colour samples submitted by suppliers
Maintaining accurate technical records, databases and physical and digital sample archives
Monitoring supplier compliance with agreed processes and submission requirements
Working closely with suppliers to resolve missing, late or incomplete submissions
Analysing sample and compliance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement
Preparing reports, dashboards and KPI summaries to support the Technical Services team
Supporting production verification by cross-checking supplier submissions against production plans and technical requirements
Highlighting discrepancies, risks and non-conformities and supporting continuous improvement across Technical Services processes
About You
We're looking for someone who brings a strong eye for detail, a methodical approach and a genuine interest in technical processes and data.
Ideally, you will have:
Experience in an administrative, technical support, quality, manufacturing or supplier-facing environment
Experience working with data, records management or process administration
Experience within packaging, printing, manufacturing or a supplier environment would be advantageous
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Confident using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
The ability to analyse data, identify trends and maintain accurate databases and records
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
