Certain Advantage is hiring for a Technical Shopfloor Support based in Broughton.
This role is on a contract basis and is site-based.

We’re working with a Manufacturing business that operates in the Aerospace sector. They design, manufacture and deliver industry-leading commercial aircraft, and separate Space and Defense division.

The Role:
This role is for a Technical Shopfloor Support —someone ambitious and ready to make an impact. You’ll be results-orientated and driven to succeed.
You’ll be leading a small, experienced, and collaborative team, and be responsible for:
Identifying, analysing and solving technical issues not directly manageable by the Operators & First Line Manager (FLM).
E2E perspective at the shopfloor level within the production team / APT.
Contribution to the Operational Excellence targetsThe Individual We’re looking for people who can show:
Manufacturing/Lineside exposure
