Job Description - Technical Supervisor
 
Role Summary
 Responsible for technical delivery across a defined cluster of sites ensuring compliance, safety and service excellence. The role retains full Technical Supervisor responsibilities while leading and managing Extra Works and small projects from inception to completion.
 
Key Responsibilities

· Promote safe delivery of all activities
 
· Ensure compliance with HSE, Quality and COSHH regulations
 
· Manage and supervise FM colleagues including absence and performance
 
· Provide technical support across mechanical and electrical disciplines
 
· Undertake Authorised Person duties
 
· Oversee maintenance, repairs and statutory compliance
 
· Investigate faults and coordinate resolution
 
· Manage subcontractors and supplier performance
 
· Maintain asset data, documentation and audit compliance
 
· Support budget development and monitor performance
 
· Coordinate technical meetings and reporting
 
· Lead delivery of Extra Works and small projects across their cluster
 
· Scope, price and develop technical solutions for small works
 
· Manage project budgets, risk, programme and delivery
 
· Coordinate contractors and ensure compliance with RAMS and control of works
 
· Deliver multiple concurrent small projects to time, cost and quality
 
· Identify and develop additional works opportunities
 
· Provide financial and progress reporting on small works
 
· Ensure project handover, defects management and asset updates
