A national regulatory body working within the windows and doors industry is seeking a technically proficient and detail-oriented Technical Support Administrator.
This key role involves providing support on window and door installations, reviewing compliance and competence assessments, managing escalations and appeals, contributing to performance reviews, and guiding installers to ensure industry standards are upheld.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver excellent customer service to internal teams, installers, and homeowners.
• Provide first-line technical support on installations and compliance matters.
• Review compliance and competence assessment reports, highlighting discrepancies.
• Support escalation processes and prepare evidence for performance reviews.
• Monitor audit non-conformity trends and verify post-assessment evidence.
• Offer guidance to installers on best practices to maintain compliance.
• Maintain and develop technical knowledge and professional relationships.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
• NVQ Level 2/3 in Fenestration Installation/Surveying or equivalent industry experience.
• Practical experience in domestic window and door installations.
• Knowledge of building regulations and fenestration survey practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and excellent time management.
Desirable Skills and Knowledge:
• Experience with certification schemes and competent person schemes.
• Skills in data analytics, process development, and guidance/resource creation.
