Technical Support Engineer

£38,000 - £42,000 + Training + Days-Based + No Weekends + Company Benefits

Are you a Technical Support Engineer or similar looking for a full-time, permanent position with a well-established company offering a days-based role with no weekend work to promote a healthy work-life balance?

On offer is the opportunity to join a leading engineering services company that provides specialist maintenance, engineering and technical solutions to a wide range of industries. In this role, you will provide technical support to customers, engineers and the sales team by handling technical enquiries, preparing quotations and recommending suitable repair or replacement solutions. You will also assist with technical assessments, sourcing parts, reviewing engineering reports, preparing documentation and supporting customer relationships. Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.

Provide technical support to customers, engineers and the sales team.
Prepare quotations, review reports and recommend repair or replacement solutions.
