Devonshire Hayes has partnered with a great company and they're looking for a talented Apple Mac / PC Support Analyst for an initial 4 month contract. You will be tasked with the following,
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage with users confidently.
* Solid understanding of IT fundamentals (Windows, macOS, mobile devices, networking basics).
* Familiarity with ITSM tools, preferably ServiceNow.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
