Essential * Proven experience working with heat pump systems * Strong understanding of building fabric, heat loss, and hydronic systems * Confident and professional with customers * Familiarity with MCS standards and compliance requirements * Excellent attention to detail with the ability to balance accuracy and efficiency * Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving startup environment * Willing to travel for up to two surveys per day * Clean UK driving licence * NVQ Level 3 or above in plumbing or heating Preferable * BPEC or equivalent qualification in heat pump design * Experience leading teams or managing technical workflows Benefits * On‑target earnings of £50,000+ per year * Bonus scheme * 28 days holiday per year (including national holidays) * Company vehicle * Modern, inspiring, and supportive working environment To Apply: If you have the relevant experience and skills, we encourage you to apply by sending your CV.
