Installation & Delivery Technician
Location: Eccles, Manchester
Salary: £30,000
Job Type: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Installation & Delivery Technician – About our client:
Our client specialises in the logistics and installation of high-value medical equipment, including CTs, MRIs, and X-Ray systems. With a growing reputation for precision and reliability, they work closely with healthcare providers and manufacturers to ensure safe and efficient equipment delivery and setup across the UK and Europe.

Installation & Delivery Technician – Responsibilities:
Deliver and position medical devices such as CTs, MRIs, and X-Ray systems
Run system cables and make final connections
Install and align system covers
Liaise with project coordinators and on-site teams for smooth delivery and setup
Coordinate with third parties on-site, including crane operations
Drive and deliver equipment across the UK and Europe
Load/unload vehicles and handle customer equipment safely
Use specialist handling equipment
Complete delivery paperwork and timesheets
Assist with Tech Centre duties and demo equipment preparation
Support break-fix, service, and non-medical maintenance tasks
Carry out additional duties as required
Installation & Delivery Technician – What We’re Looking For:
Mechanical/electrical installation experience
Full, clean UK driving licence
Flexible with working hours and frequent overnight stays
Willingness to work up to 2 weekends per month (overtime paid)
Competent with paperwork, timesheets, MS Word & Excel
Strong communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
Good general level of education
