Job Title: Telecare Officer - Various shits, must be open to work weekends
Rate: £18.33
Location: Stratford
Hours: Nights 9pm - 7am (rota over 7 days) 4-day week (fully on-site)

Working Pattern: Various shift patterns, including weekends and public holidays.
What You'll Do:
Provide a high-quality 24/7 alarm monitoring and response service in Newham and surrounding boroughs.
Handle calls promptly, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients in emergencies.
Maintain regular contact with clients, offering reassurance and checking on equipment functionality.
Collaborate closely with health-care professionals, social workers, and families to support client needs.
Document call details meticulously, ensuring adherence to council data policies.Key Responsibilities:
Assess situations and initiate appropriate emergency procedures.
Proactively test equipment and assist with programming and installations.
Respond to medical emergencies and lifestyle monitoring alerts.
Ensure efficient management of telecare equipment and stock.What We're Looking For:
