Job Title: Telecare Officer - Various shits, must be open to work weekends Rate: £18.33 Location: Stratford Hours: Nights 9pm - 7am (rota over 7 days) 4-day week (fully on-site) Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of vulnerable residents? Working Pattern: Various shift patterns, including weekends and public holidays. What You'll Do: Provide a high-quality 24/7 alarm monitoring and response service in Newham and surrounding boroughs. Handle calls promptly, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients in emergencies. Maintain regular contact with clients, offering reassurance and checking on equipment functionality. Collaborate closely with health-care professionals, social workers, and families to support client needs. Document call details meticulously, ensuring adherence to council data policies.Key Responsibilities: Assess situations and initiate appropriate emergency procedures. Proactively test equipment and assist with programming and installations. Respond to medical emergencies and lifestyle monitoring alerts.
