Key Deployment & Technology Focus
As a CX Platform Deployment Engineer, your technical expertise will be vital in delivering complex, large-scale solutions (thousands of users) that drive business outcomes.
* VoIP Core & Integration: Leverage your foundational skills in VoIP and business telephony solutions (such as Gamma, 3CX, 8x8, Mitel, Avaya etc.). You will ensure seamless voice carrier integration and successful migration from legacy UCaaS systems enterprise grade CCaaS cloud platforms.
* CCaaS Platform Expertise: Receive training and rapidly gain experience deploying major cloud-based Contact Centre platforms, including RingCentral, Zoom Contact Centre, and GoTo (specifically their CX offerings).
* AI Implementation: Work hands-on with market-leading AI software, configuring advanced features like intent recognition, self-service automation, and agent assist to build a truly modern customer journey.
* Enterprise CX Delivery: Design and implement intelligent routing, IVR, and omnichannel configurations, ensuring the stability and performance (QoS) of large-scale CX deployments.
* Technical Mentorship: Benefit from one-to-one mentorship, learning best practices for deploying integrated CX Platforms in the enterprise space.
Candidate Profile (Keywords & Experience)
We are looking for a highly motivated Telecom Engineer with demonstrable experience in the following key areas:
* Required Technical Skills: Proven experience with VoIP and IP Telephony (SIP, RTP protocols). Strong understanding of network design principles relevant to cloud voice solutions. Experience in a B2B or client-facing deployment environment.
* Desired Systems Experience: Prior hands-on experience deploying or managing systems such as Gamma, 3CX, 8x8, Mitel, or Cisco/Avaya voice solutions is highly advantageous.
* Mindset: A strong interest in the latest AI, Automation, and Cloud Communications technology, with a genuine hunger for rapid career development within the CCaaS/CX sector.
