Telecoms Account Manager
Telserve (T/A Plan.com) | Telford | Office-Based
£28,000 - £35,000 basic salary + uncapped commission (OTE £70,000+)

The Role
As a Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for managing and growing business mobile phone accounts. You'll work with high-quality leads, generate new business opportunities and build strong customer relationships that drive long-term success.
Your responsibilities will include:
  * Identifying customer needs and recommending the right telecoms solutions
  * Converting inbound and outbound sales opportunities
  * Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  * Managing your sales pipeline through our in-house systems
  * Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
  * Delivering an excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey
What We're Looking For
  * Previous sales experience is essential, ideally within a call centre or telesales environment
  * Telecoms experience is beneficial but not essential
  * Confident communicator with strong telephone skills
  * Self-motivated, resilient and target-driven
  * Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
  * Someone who is motivated by success and the opportunity to earn uncapped commission
