Pay Rate: £19.00 - £21.00 per hour (CIS)
Location: Chesterfield
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 2-3 days cover
Hours: Monday to Friday, standard site hours
About the Role
We are currently looking for an experienced Telehandler to provide short-term cover on a busy new-build housing site in Chesterfield.
The role involves operating the telehandler safely and efficiently, supporting trades, and ensuring materials are moved around site as required.
Typical duties will include:
Operating the telehandler to transport materials
Assisting site management and trades with lifts
Maintaining safe working practices at all times
General support duties around site when required
Requirements
Valid CPCS or NPORS Telehandler ticket - essential
Valid CSCS Card (if required by ticket type)
Previous experience operating a telehandler on housing sites
Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently
Own PPE
