TELEHANDLER OPERATOR (WITH STORES & YARD DUTIES) – CREWE
Location: Railway Street Car Park, Crewe, CW2 7AD
Start Date: 2nd September
Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00 – 16:00
Rates: £13.76 PAYE | £17.80 CIS | £17.83 UMB
JobMatcha Recruitment are looking for a skilled Telehandler Operator to join a busy civil and construction project in Crewe. This role combines telehandler operation with site stores management and yard duties, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and hands-on work.

THE ROLE:

Operate a Telehandler to safely load/unload and move materials.
*
Take responsibility for materials management within the site compound.
*
Maintain a tidy and organised yard and storage area.
*
Track deliveries, manage waste removals, and support site logistics.
*
Liaise closely with the Works Supervisor to ensure smooth operations.
*
Complete daily and weekly inspections in line with company policy.
WHAT YOU NEED:
✅ CPCS or NPORS Telehandler Licence
✅ Vehicle Banksman Ticket
✅ Full UK Driving Licence
✅ Positive, team-focused attitude and safety-first approach
