Job Description
Red Rock Consultants are currently working with one of our well established clients in the Solihull area who are looking to expand their team.
They are looking for Telemarketers who have experience in outbound calls and have a strong communication technique.
Pay is £16.50 per hour (UMB)
This is a Temp to Perm role; after completing a 12 week temporary position successful Telemarketers will be offered a full time contract.
Part time and full time positions available.
Duties include but are not limited to:
* Make outbound calls to businesses on behalf of our clients
* Book qualified sales appointments and generate leads
* Conduct telephone surveys and update customer records
* Speak to senior decision-makers (e.g. MDs, Marketing Directors, HRDs)
* Work towards daily targets (approx. 175 dials/day, depending on campaign)
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous outbound calling or telesales experience
* Strong communication skills and professional phone manner
* Confident speaking to business leaders
* Self-motivated and target-driven
* Good time management and teamwork skills
* Must live within a commutable distance to Shirley, Solihull
