ARE YOU LOOKING FOR A NEW REFRESHING CHALLENGE?
Do you have outbound sales experience? Are you able to travel to Barnsley to work? Are you interested in;
· A starting salary between £30,000 and £35,000 dependent on experience per annum with an OTE of up to £70,000 per annum and above.
· No weekend work, starting at 9am and finishing at 4.30pm Monday to Friday– meaning shorter working days in comparison with other employers and finishing at 4pm every Friday.
· Monthly bonus
· Weekly commission – allowing you to top up your bank balance each week, whilst waiting for your monthly salary / bonus. Which is great for spendaholics who need a cash top up, instead of running out of money before payday.
· Dress code – casual, wear whatever makes you comfortable – within reason.
· A fun environment with lots of incentives and games to keep things exciting. Previous prizes have included designer items, weekend breaks away, tv’s and much more.
· Being part of a small team of friendly sales people
The beauty about what we do is we sell and promote fully funded and part funded training courses and Apprenticeship training to employers, nationally. This means that whilst you are making high commissions from ‘selling’, you are genuinely helping Employers and their Employees by providing them with training which helps their business to grow and assist with increasing their profits and helping their employees further their careers.
In this role, you will be expected to;
* Make between 60-100 cold calls to employers across england to promote work based training
* Send marketing emails after your initial sales call
* Chase up propsects
* Manage your own diary
The ideal candidate will be;

Outbound telemarketing experience is preferred.
