SourceCo are currently working with a Solihull based company to recruit Telemarketing Executives for their team! If you are confident and up for a challenge whilst working in a supportive and friendly team, then this position may be for you!
Location: Solihull
Hourly rate: from £12.50 per hour
Hours: Monday to Thursday 9:00-17:00 Friday 8:00-14:45. Other hours are available (both full time and part time)
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
If you have previous experience in customer service, hospitality, call centre, or telesales we have an exciting position to be considered.
We are currently recruiting for a Telemarketing Executives, to join a successful and well-established business based near Solihull
As a Telemarketing Executive you will be:
* Carrying out surveys with clients to check their eligibility for grants
* Dealing with customer enquiries by telephone (mostly outbound)
* To record and update information accurately
* Making outbound calls to new and existing customers advising of services offered.
* Booking appointments.
The ideal Telesales Executive candidate would have:
* Confident communication skills and telephone manor
* Can work to deadlines and handle pressure
* Self-motivated and an enthusiastic character
* Able to work on their own as well as part of a team
* Experience booking appointments with clients and customers over the phone.
