Telesales/ Telemarketer
Immediate Start - Initally 2 week temporary
Birmingham based
Monday-Friday 9:00am - 17:00pm
£14 Per hour
Our well-established client based in the City Centre of Birmingham are seeking a telemarketer to join their team on a ongoing temporary basis
This is an excellent opportunity to join a household renovation business who are offering a very competitive pay rate of £14.00 per hour dependant on experience.
The successful telemarketer will be responsible for:
Outbound sales calls using warm leads
Booking in Design Meetings and passing these onto the Sales Teams
Responding to customer emails
Update the computer systems with all relevant information
Assisting with any other duties as required by the client.
Experience required for the Telemarketer role:
Professional telephone manner
Solid experience of making outbound calls or Excellent Customer service Contact centre experience
Excellent Customer Service skills
IT savvy and be proficient in Microsoft packages (outlook, word, excel etc)
Be able to accurately input data The role of Telesales/ Telemarketer is for an immediate start with working hours of 9am-5pm Monday-Friday.
