Property Consultant - Office Based
Salary: £27,000 - £29,000 OTE (depending on experience)
Hours: 5 days per week, including some Saturdays (with a day off in lieu)
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

This office-based position plays a vital role in supporting multiple branches across the region. Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential clients and customers
Support teams across sales, lettings, financial services, and new homes
Generate leads and follow up on online and telephone enquiries
Book and coordinate appointments for branch staff
Manage overflow calls and provide outstanding customer service
About You
Self-motivated, target-driven, and enthusiastic
Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident using computers and able to learn new systems quickly
Professional, personable, and commercially aware
Desirable:
Previous experience within the property or estate agency sector
Background in sales or customer service
