Join Leicestershire Police as a Telephone Researcher - Flexible Evening Hours!
Are you a great communicator who loves making a difference? Adecco is recruiting Telephone Researchers to help Leicestershire Police gather valuable public feedback that drives real service improvements.
Key Points:
Working 12 hours per week
Shift times: 6pm to 9pm, Monday to Thursday
Based at Leicestershire Police Force HQ, Enderby.
Hourly Rate: £12.55 per hourWhat You'll Do:
Conduct friendly, structured telephone interviews with members of the public.
Listen carefully, ask probing questions, and record accurate responses.
Be empathetic, professional, and courteous on every call.
Help the police understand community needs by gathering important data.What We're Looking For:
Advanced typing skills .
Good Excel skills.
Experience speaking with the public on the phone or face-to-face.
Ability to follow scripts and work towards KPIs.
Strong listening skills and a compassionate approach.
Quick to learn new software and follow guidelines.
Must have lived continuously in the UK for the past 3 years (Police requirement).Ready to Apply?
