Job Description
Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telesales Agent to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will work independently, managing an extensive database of potential clients to generate new business opportunities. Your primary responsibilities will include making outbound calls, sending messages, following up with contacts, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct cold calls to prospective clients from an existing database
Engage contacts through messages and follow-up calls to nurture leads
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Keep accurate records of all interactions and update CRM systems regularly
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Provide excellent customer service and product information
Collaborate with the sales team to refine sales strategies
Requirements
Proven experience in telesales, particularly cold calling, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience working with large databases and CRM tools
Knowledge or experience in the catering, party, or event industry is highly desirable
Resilient, proactive, and results-driven mindset
Sound knowledge and use of instagram to find new customers
