Telesales Executive - Raunds, Northamptonshire - Uncapped Commission with OTE £40,000

My client is a rapidly expanding electrical contractor and solar renewable energy company experiencing exceptional growth, offering a Telesales Executive position with genuine uncapped commission potential and fast-track career progression.

As a Telesales Executive, you'll have the opportunity to take responsibility for the full sales cycle, from that all-important first point of contact right through to closing the sale and booking targeted customer appointments for the Field Sales Team. You'll manage customer relationships using the CRM system to ensure all information is accurate and up to date, identify new business opportunities within the solar and renewable energy sector, meet and exceed agreed monthly sales and productivity targets, and develop consultative relationships with customers seeking to maximise their solar output and reduce energy costs. Working in a supportive team environment, you'll grow your telesales expertise, understand the regulatory and compliance requirements of the industry, and contribute to the business's continued expansion across the UK as a Telesales Executive driving customer acquisition.

This Telesales Executive role would suit someone with telesales experience or a proven track record in sales who brings genuine enthusiasm and a hunger to succeed. You'll have solid IT skills, confidence using CRM systems, the ability to negotiate and close deals, and the talent to recognise sales opportunities.
