Job Description

Our client, a leading IT Managed Service Provider, serving customers throughout South Wales and the West are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join their growing sales team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for selling services over the phone to new and existing customers, building strong relationships, and setting up meetings for the Commercial Sales Director to attend.

This role suits a confident communicator with a proactive attitude and a strong desire to exceed sales targets.

There is huge scope to progress into Business Development / Sales Management with this role, so we are ideally seeking a candidate who is looking for a career in Sales.

You'll be joining a highly established tech business, who has a relaxed and engaging team culture where you'll be supported and developed.

What you'll be doing:

Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers to book sales meetings for the Commercial Director and Sales Managers to attend.
Follow up on inbound enquiries and marketing-generated leads.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services.
Handle objections confidently and close sales effectively.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Upsell and cross-sell additional services where appropriate.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.What we're looking for:

Previous B2B telesales / phone-based sales experience
Ideally some experience of selling IT Services, Managed Services, and Technology in businesses.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong organisation skills.
Resilient, self-motivated, and target driven.
Strong objection-handling abilities
Good IT skills and experience using EXCEL and various software.
Positive, enthusiastic, and professional telephone manner
Experience selling products and services.The Package:

Base salary will be 28-30k depending on experience.
Generous OTE based on both appointments set, and revenue generated - strong earning potential.
Company Pension.
25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays (rising with service).
Regular staff social events, including hospitality events at sports fixtures, away days and client events.
