Telesales Executive
📍 Winchester (Office-Based)
💷 £25,000 – £28,000 DOE + Monthly Profit Share
🕰 Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
We are recruiting on behalf of a respected, third-generation family-run manufacturer supplying high-quality, bespoke timber products to trade clients across the South.
They’re looking for a conscientious and articulate individual to join their professional commercial team. This is a structured role involving outbound calls to warm trade contacts, data entry and CRM updates, and supporting the wider sales process—without the need for cold calling.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound calls to active and known trade contacts
Logging and updating CRM records accurately
Assisting with sales enquiries and lead progression
Liaising with commercial and estimating teamsWhat We’re Looking For:
A clear, professional telephone manner
Solid admin/CRM system experience
Prior telesales, customer service or admin experience preferred
A focused, steady approach to relationship buildingBenefits:
