Key Duties & Responsibilities:
* Using the company CRM to outbound call pre-vetted prospects.
* Making introductory calls to potential customers to understand their current service set up and their requirements
* Developing relations with potential customers and identify key personnel within each organisation.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Experience in outbound calling is essential
* Computer literate and able to adapt to use bespoke CRM and database software.
* Competent on web-based applications and Microsoft 365.
* Previous use of courier portals is a bonus.
