We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving set targets. Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales and appointments.

Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.

Present and promote products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.

Handle objections and negotiate to close sales effectively.
*
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM systems.
*
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
*
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
*
Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to support business development.
Requirements and Skills:
*
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role.
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*
Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
*
Confidence, resilience, and a results-oriented attitude.
*
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
*
Basic IT and CRM software skills.
*
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or marketing is a plus.
Desirable:

Experience in the Drainage / Construction industry.
*
Knowledge of relevant products/services.
