Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving set targets. You should be an excellent communicator with a passion for sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales and appointments.

Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
*
Present and promote products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
*
Handle objections and negotiate to close sales effectively.
*
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM systems.
*
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
*
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
*
Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to support business development.
Requirements and Skills:

Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role.
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*
Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
*
Confidence, resilience, and a results-oriented attitude.
*
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
*
Basic IT and CRM software skills.
*
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or marketing is a plus.
Desirable:

Experience in the Drainage / Construction industry.

Knowledge of relevant products/services.
