TELEMARKETING EXECUTIVE
Initially to cover for 6 weeks but the position could develop for the right candidate. Our client is well established and supplies a wide mix of office products and services.
Duties
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
Engage in meaningful conversations to understand customer needs and preferences.
Maintain accurate records of calls made, customer interactions, and outcomes using client’s data system
Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and events.
Provide feedback on customer responses to help improve marketing strategies.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads.
. This is an office-based position, working with a busy friendly team, previous experience of business development - appointment setting or tele-sales is essential
Skills
Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Proficiency in analysing customer data to tailor conversations effectively.
Experience with CRM software is advantageous.
Hours 8.30 to 4.30. - 30 Minute Lunch break Monday to Friday Hourly rate £20 per hour – commission paid on successful appointments
