Title: Telesales Executive
Salary: Up to £32,000 plus bonus
Purpose of job:
You’ll be supported with a comprehensive prospect database, advanced contact information, and a full suite of professional marketing materials including flyers, case studies, videos, and presentations
Key Accountabilities:
* Conduct outbound telesales calls to potential customers within targeted campaigns
* Identify key decision-makers and articulate the value of our sustainable packaging solutions
* Secure qualified appointments for the external sales team
* Manage and maintain a CRM database of prospects, ensuring accurate records and follow-ups
* Collaborate with marketing to utilise digital and print content in your outreach
* Track performance against KPIs and contribute to the ongoing refinement of sales campaigns
Skills & Competences:
* Motivated self-starter with a genuine passion for sales
* Target-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Confident on the phone with the ability to engage decision-makers at all levels
* Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage your own pipeline
* Previous telesales or inside sales experience is a plus, but not essential
* An interest in sustainability or packaging solutions is advantageous
