Job Shop Recruitment is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Telesales Executives to join our client's expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for driven individuals who enjoy speaking with people, closing deals, and working in a dynamic, supportive environment.
The role is purely telephone based and involves calling to generate sales for specific training courses.
Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads
* Identify customer needs and effectively pitch relevant products/services
* Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
* Accurately update customer information and interactions in the CRM system
* Build strong rapport and deliver exceptional customer service

* Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills
* Experience in telesales, sales, or customer service is a plus (but not essential)
* A resilient, results-driven mindset
