Job Description

Location: Remote (Initial induction at our Head Office in Lincoln, LN6 3TA, plus occasional team events and briefings) Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday) Flexible working arrangements available Salary: £24,375 per annum + £5,000–£10,000 commission Realistic OTE: £29,375–£34,375 About Cool Milk We’re Cool Milk, the UK’s leading supplier of school and nursery milk. And as we continue to grow, we’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Telesales Executive to help us extend this vital service to even more schools and nurseries across the UK. The Role This is a consultative, relationship-led telesales role where you’ll be introducing schools and nurseries to a free service that delivers real value to them and their pupils. While you’ll be making outbound calls, this isn’t traditional hard sell telesales. You’ll succeed by building trust, asking the right questions, and helping educational settings understand how Cool Milk can support them — and often their wider networks too. Key Responsibilities * Make approximately 50–60 outbound calls per day to schools, nurseries, multi-academy trusts and nursery groups * Build strong relationships with school business managers, headteachers and other key decision-makers * Identify opportunities for growth within academy chains, trust structures and nursery networks * Convert single-site wins into multi-site contracts through effective follow-up and relationship management * Consistently meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining excellent service standards * Manage your account portfolio professionally, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience * Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless onboarding and ongoing support * Support peak activity periods, particularly during the back-to-school season Key Behaviours for Success Success in this role comes down to four core behaviours: Enthusiasm You bring genuine energy and positivity to every conversation. What We’re Looking For Essential: * Proven telesales experience with a track record of exceeding targets * Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls while maintaining quality conversations * Excellent telephone manner — confident, credible and engaging * Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills * Ability to multitask effectively across calls, CRM updates and follow-ups * Proficient in MS Office (experience with NAV or SharePoint is a bonus) * Performs well under pressure and during busy periods * Clear, confident English communication * Right to work in the UK Desirable: * Experience working with schools, nurseries or public sector organisations * Understanding of multi-site or trust-based account management * Experience identifying and developing expansion opportunities within existing accounts What We Offer Genuine flexibility — work hours that fit around your life, including school runs and personal commitments Remote working with full equipment provided (following induction) Excellent earning potential: £5,000–£10,000 commission on top of your base salary Top performer earned £10,000 commission last year Second-highest earner achieved £8,000–£9,000 Termly bonuses for top performers Casual dress code Health Care Scheme Cycle to Work scheme Company pension Employee wellbeing programme Free parking when visiting the office A supportive, fun team doing genuinely meaningful work Purpose-driven role helping over 1 million children thrive every day
