Telesales Team Manager – Sales Training & Events
Location: Office-based near Solihull (own car essential – no public transport access)
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 basic uncapped commission (realistic OTE £60,000)
Hours: Full-time (Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm)

My client, a leading provider of sales training events and online courses, is looking for a Telesales Team Manager to lead their growing team.
In this role, you’ll manage a team of Sales Executives, ensuring they’re hitting targets, converting leads, and delivering exceptional results. You’ll be hands-on when needed - coaching, supporting, and stepping in to close deals - but you’ll also trust your team to perform without micromanaging.
Why This Role Stands Out: £45,000 - £50,000 basic with a realistic OTE of £60,000.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing a telesales team, setting targets, and ensuring they’re met.
Coaching and developing your team to improve performance and close more deals.
Stepping in to support when needed—whether that’s training, troubleshooting, or even jumping on calls.
Monitoring performance, providing feedback, and driving results through data-driven decisions.
Working closely with senior leadership to refine strategies and grow the business.Who You Are:You’re an experienced telesales manager with:
Proven experience running a telesales team – You know how to motivate, train, and lead.
An outgoing, energetic personality – You’re the kind of leader people want to follow.
The ability to micromanage when necessary – But you trust your team to do their jobs without constant oversight.
A track record of hitting and exceeding targets – You’re results-driven and know how to get the best out of your team.
Your own car – The office isn’t accessible by public transport, so you’ll need to drive.
