Telesales / Order Processor / Customer Service – Food Sales into Catering Location: Staveley, Chesterfield Hours: 3 days per week – 8:30am to 5:00pm and 8:30am to 1:00pm Salary: £25,000 pro rota + £2,400 annual bonus Recruiter: Francesca’s Recruitment Ltd
Francesca’s Recruitment Ltd is looking for a confident and creative individual to join a growing food sales team, supporting catering clients across pubs, cafés, restaurants, and hospitality venues.
This is a varied role combining telesales, order processing, and customer service, ideal for someone with a background in catering or hospitality who’s ready to bring their passion for food into a sales-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities

Handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and warmth

Cold calling new, existing, and lapsed clients to promote food products
*
Processing orders accurately and efficiently
*
Creating engaging videos and content for WhatsApp and app-based communications
*
Supporting social media activity to boost brand visibility
*
Building strong relationships with catering clients
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or food sales

Confident communicator with a proactive approach to cold calling

Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
*
Comfortable using social media and creating short videos for client engagement
