Telesales / Sales Support
£31,500 + bonus + monthly commission
Slough - Monday to Friday (includes one late shift per week)
A superb opportunity has arisen with a leading business based in Slough that provides products within a prestigious and luxury market. Our client is seeking a Telesales / Sales Support professional to join their internal sales team — someone who thrives on building relationships over the phone and delivering excellent customer service.
This Telesales / Sales Support role focuses primarily on handling inbound calls from existing B2B clients placing orders, with opportunities to upsell or cross-sell where appropriate. There is also a small outbound element to the role, engaging with lapsed accounts and promoting offers.
Key responsibilities:
• Handling a high volume of inbound calls from customers
• Account management, including repeat business and relationship building
• Making outbound calls to existing and lapsed clients
• Promoting new lines and helping move promotional stock
• Processing sales orders and managing any follow-up queries
• Producing sales analysis and supporting the wider sales team
• Providing top-tier customer service throughout
Required experience:
• Previous experience in telesales, internal sales, or account management
• Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
• A driven, motivated attitude and team-focused approach
• A passion for delivering first-class service
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
Please note: one late shift per week (11:30am-7:30pm) is required.
