💰 £26,000 Starting Salary + Uncapped Commission (OTE £42,000+)
🕙 Shift Patterns: 10am-7pm, 11am-8pm, occasional 9am starts
📆 Enjoy 1 full weekend + 1 Sunday off each month

👀 Who We're Looking For:
Minimum 1 year of telesales experience - confident on the phone, quick to build rapport, and always closing
Persuasive communicator with strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
Target-driven mindset - thrives under pressure and loves hitting (and smashing) KPIs
Organised and detail-focused, especially when handling customer data and finance applications
Motor trade experience? Great! If not, we'll get you up to speed fast

Convert leads, manage finance applications, and take deposits with precision
Book qualified appointments that generate revenue for our dealerships
