Our client, a reputable housing association, is seeking a dedicated Corporate Administrator to provide efficient administrative support to their Directorate Team. If you thrive in a dynamic setting and enjoy working closely with senior management, this role could be perfect for you! What You'll Do: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Directors and assist the PA to the Chief Executive. Arrange meetings and manage email inquiries with professionalism and tact. Take and produce minutes for Senior Management, Board, and Committee meetings. Help organise corporate events, including Board/Committee meetings and scheme openings. Assist with special projects, such as communication updates and mailouts. Uphold Hexagon's Equality & Diversity and Health & Safety Policies in all duties. What We're Looking For: Essential Knowledge and Experience: Proven administrative background supporting senior-level managers. Proficient in maintaining efficient records, including minutes and action logs. Extensive experience with MS Office, especially Word, Outlook, and SharePoint. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to plan, organise, and prioritise effectively. A positive "can do" attitude and a commitment to providing high-quality service. Personal Attributes: An effective thinker who uses initiative to pre-empt problems. Willingness to attend early evening Board/Committee meetings.
