Our client is looking for a Temporary People Advisor

Description
Provide proactive, practical HR advice and support to employees and managers across a range of people matters.
Advise on and manage employee relations cases including absence, disciplinary, grievance, and performance issues, ensuring legal compliance and best practice.
Support the delivery of core HR processes such as onboarding, probation reviews, appraisals, and offboarding.
Collaborate with People Partners/HRBPs to support organizational change, restructures, and engagement initiatives.
Ensure accurate and timely HR documentation and record-keeping in line with GDPR and company policies.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and employee experience initiatives.
Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and support strategic decision-making.
Coach and develop line managers in effective people management practices.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in all HR activities
Profile
roven experience in an HR Advisor or similar generalist HR role.
Sound knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage sensitive situations with discretion.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Experience using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite.
