Are you ready to take the lead in crafting high-quality, customer-focused proposals? Our client, a dynamic player in the Information Technology & Telecommunications industry, is seeking a talented Proposals Manager to join their team on a temporary basis for 9 months. This exciting role is based in the heart of The City of London! 🚉
What You'll Do:
Lead the development of impactful RFP responses that stand out! 🌈
Exhibit strong leadership to set expectations and balance workloads across the team.
Ensure all proposals are compliant and responsive to client requirements.
Organise proposal kick- off calls, meetings, and review sessions.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, technical, and corporate teams across various time zones. 🌍
Maintain an up-to-date corporate knowledge database (RFPIO) for easy access. 📚
Who You Are:
APMP certification (preferred)
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in proposal management or a similar field.
Proficient in professional proposal development, technical writing, and marketing.
Strong leader with the ability to thrive in a team environment.
Familiar with Salesforce and RFP tools like Responsive. 💻
Advanced skills in MS Word, with a good grasp of Excel and PDF formats.
