Hours: 9 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday (In the office)

Key Responsibilities:
As the first point of contact for candidates and contractors, you will:
Handle queries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience for all.
Verify right-to-work documents and ensure compliance requirements are met.
Provide essential administrative support to the recruitment team.
Collect candidate documents and efficiently upload them to the correct files/systems.
Draught and send offer letters in a timely manner.
Maintain and update compliance trackers accurately.
Prepare interview packs to equip consultants with the right information ahead of meetings.
Ensure all candidate and recruitment information is uploaded to the system accurately and efficiently.
Assist with various ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.What We're Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
