🔧 About the Role
As a Temperature Control Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the growth of our Temperature Control division. You will ensure our fleet is service-ready, safe, and compliant, while delivering exceptional product support and guidance to customers and colleagues alike.
Key responsibilities include:

Driving safety, quality, and customer satisfaction standards.
*
Ensuring fleet compliance, readiness, and service documentation upkeep.
*
Performing and supervising major product repairs.
*
Supporting testing processes and fleet preparation for hire.
*
Partnering with the SHEQ team to maintain compliance.
*
Attending customer visits and project meetings.
*
Assisting with the creation of training materials and supporting training sessions.
🙌 About You
We’re looking for someone who is hands-on, technically competent, and passionate about customer service.
You’ll bring:

Prior experience with Temperature Control products/applications.
*
Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
*
Project management experience.
*
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
*
A flexible, self-motivated approach and willingness to embrace training opportunities.
*
Great organisation, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
*
A valid UK driving licence.
