What You'll Do:
Process invoices and ensure timely payments
Maintain accurate financial records
Collaborate with team members and vendors to resolve discrepancies
Assist in month-end closing activities
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in Accounts Payable or a related field
Manage bank entry postings
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in accounting software (experience with Xero, Quickbooks or SAGE is a plus!)
High Standard of Excel needed!
