Are you an experienced administrator seeking a challenging role? As a Temporary Administrator, you will play a vital role supporting a beloved organisation, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective communication. Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis and will require an immediate start, notice periods cannot be accommodated.
Temporary Administrator Responsibilities
This position will involve, but will not be limited to:
Providing comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and Executive Director, including diary management, correspondence, and document preparation to facilitate effective decision-making.
Acting as the first point of contact for general enquiries, maintaining professional communication that enhances organisational reputation.
Coordinating meetings for senior teams, preparing papers, taking minutes, and tracking attendance and actions to support strategic governance.
Supporting recruitment and HR activities such as advertising roles, preparing job packs and contracts, onboarding new staff, and maintaining accurate HR records to ensure compliance and smooth staffing processes.
Overseeing daily office management, including IT equipment, supplies, and facilities.
Collating and maintaining data for reports and audits
